Second Heads consist of broken kernels of rice, approximately 1/2 to 3/4 the size of whole grain, that are generated in the milling process. This product is used to manufacture beer, ready-to-eat cereals and in the production of crisped rice for the candy industry. Second Heads are certified as Kosher.
